I had a curveball thrown at me last week so I’m behind on my assessment. I’m going to update my word count on here daily so I can see my progress. Currently at 2,311 words on the page, 945 properly written!!

The pins used to mount farm fence gates need a little muscle - I use a short pipe as leverage. But what to do when the lower pin is too close to the ground? Aha! A standard chainsaw wrench grabs the pin, gives the pope something to grab, and swivels at the bottom! #fencehack

@_HannahBaker Oh, I’m sure there’ve been times you wanted to quit. You’re taking on big things! It’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Yes to being more succinct. It might have been Struck and White in “Elements of Style,” who said something like: Cut your draft in half. Then cut it in half again.

@MarcellaCreates I hope so, there have been days when I have wanted to quit! I guess cutting just means I make it more succinct, I’m hoping I don’t have to cut anymore though!
