most ecom brands use Claude like a chatbot the ones scaling faster connect it directly to Shopify Claude reads the messy parts of the business customer reviews ad comments product pages refund reasons winning creatives conversion data then turns all of it into better angles, hooks, offers, and landing page tests Shopify shows what actually converts Claude explains why it converted then it writes the next test from that signal that’s the loop not random prompts not “make me an ad” not generic ai content real store data → better strategy → better creatives → more sales this is how Claude becomes an ecom growth system rt + comment “shopify” and i’ll send the workflow (follow for dm)

Burglars broke into an empty house, but the owner was the 'gay final weapon' 1. In Florida, USA, two thieves named Garfield Morgan (54) and Kim Gordon (36) targeted a house and boldly broke in. 2. But the house they happened to ransack belonged to Harry Harrington, who has a monstrous physique at 201cm tall and 124kg. 3. The problem was that this guy's nickname is 'Wolfman,' and he's an infamous same-sex sex offender who spent 10 out of the last 12 years in prison. 4. They got caught red-handed by this unbelievable homeowner while trying to steal, but due to the massive physical difference, they couldn't even resist and were overpowered on the spot. 5. But for some reason, these two must've caught the homeowner's fancy, because instead of calling the cops, he tied them up with ropes and turned them into his sex toys. 6. It wasn't just a few hours of being held—they endured unspeakable acts in Harry's house for a full 5 days. A case of coming to burgle the house only to have their very souls stripped away. 7. In the end, a neighbor heard the desperate screams coming from inside the house and called the police, and only when the cops showed up were they able to escape that hell. 8. Right after being apprehended, if you look at the thieves' mugshots, their eyes are completely dilated and their minds are totally shattered. 9. It was so bad that the investigator said, "They were completely broken. I'd never seen eyes like that before." 10. Currently, the homeowner Harry has, of course, gone back to prison on charges of sexual assault and false imprisonment. 11. The two-man thief duo is also being punished for breaking and entering, but I bet they'll suffer from trauma for the rest of their lives. 12. This incident has become a legendary case recounted among thieves, leaving the lesson that even empty-house burglaries require thorough scouting and smart execution. Check out the newspaper photo.. That mugshot looks totally top position no matter how you slice it😳

I spent 6 months learning Claude Code the hard way. Every mistake. Every workflow that did not work. Every prompt I had to rewrite 10 times before it clicked. I turned all of it into a free masterclass: THE CLAUDE CODE MASTERCLASS. Zero to shipping your first project alone. No CS degree. No team. No guesswork. Inside you get: - The reframe that changes how you use Claude Code forever - The CLAUDE .md template that makes every session 10x more powerful - The 4-layer prompt architecture that scales to any project - MCP server setup nobody is teaching yet - The 6-phase sequence to go from idea to deployed in a weekend - 10 ready-to-run workflows you can copy right now The people who read this tonight will be building things next week that most developers still cannot do with a team. I should be charging $199 for this. It is free. Comment CLAUDE and I will send it to you directly. RT if you know someone who needs to see this.

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If your SEO workflow looks like this — log into Ahrefs once a month, export a CSV, skim it for 5 minutes, close the tab, tell yourself you'll write that blog post next week, never do... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5-20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and breaks down exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning — then never asks again → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle → Optimizes your product listings for AI shopping — so you show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, not just Google No $200/month tools you open once and forget. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: - Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity - A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword - A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data - A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes - Product listing optimization for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — the new SEO nobody's doing yet Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. Boring Local SEO
Boring Local SEO@boringlocalseo·
okay let me get this straight. in 2026, if you own a local service business: 1. 47% of your potential customers are now asking an ai model "who should i call" instead of typing "plumber near me" into google. (pew research, march 2026) 2. the ai models aren't pulling from google ads. they're pulling from comparison content, reddit threads, and honest blog posts. your $3k/mo google ads spend contributes ZERO to ai citations. 3. homeadvisor's stock is down 71% over 2 years. angi's restructuring. thumbtack just laid off 23% of staff. the lead-reselling business is imploding in real time. 4. meanwhile chatgpt has 800M weekly users. perplexity just crossed 50M. gemini is the default on every android phone. google ai overview now appears on 87% of local search queries. 5. the local business owners WINNING right now have one thing in common: they wrote honest comparison content. "best X in city" listicles. "real pricing for Y" pages. "when should you use Z vs alternative" guides. 6. the ones LOSING are still buying leads, still running the same google ads they've run since 2018, still thinking "seo" means backlinks and meta descriptions. 7. the gap between these two groups is compounding fast. every week that passes, the ai-cited businesses eat more market share. every week the lead-buyers get worse ROI. this is what's keeping me up at night: most local business owners don't even know this shift is happening. they're going to wake up in 18 months, their homeadvisor leads will cost $120/each (shared with 8 companies), their google ads CPC will have doubled, and a competitor who spent $0 on ads will own every ai recommendation in their city. the worst part is the fix is SIMPLE. one honest listicle. one pricing transparency page. 3-5 helpful reddit comments. track citations at localrank.so. iterate. that's it. that's the whole thing. nobody is doing it because "seo" got a bad reputation in 2020 and most business owners have ptsd from agency promises. but this isn't seo. this is just being honest in public. Comment "LOCALRANK" if you want my LLM citation framework and I'll DM it to you (Must be following)

Claude Code + ChatGPT Images 2.0 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I rebuilt my static ad system inside Claude Code on the new ChatGPT Images 2.0 model. One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva. If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Give Claude a brand name and URL → It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style → Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch → Fills in 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details → Fires every prompt to ChatGPT Images 2.0 with your product photos as reference → Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery No manual prompt filling. No Canva templates. No copy-pasting between tools. What you get: → 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy → Text that actually renders correctly (the new model handles dense copy, logos, and multi-language callouts cleanly) → Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging → A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Code with ChatGPT Images 2.0. I put together a DIY playbook showing the exact architecture so you can build this yourself in Claude Code. Claude + Klaviyo is f*cking cracked 🤯 Drop your Klaviyo data into Claude → it audits your flows, rewrites your worst-performing emails, builds a 90-day campaign calendar, and identifies the revenue you're leaving on the table. All inside Claude. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are paying $500-2,000/month for Klaviyo but haven't touched their welcome flow since 2024 and are sending the same "10% off" blast every week. If your email program still looks like this — a welcome flow you set up two years ago, a weekly promo blast with declining open rates, an abandoned cart sequence you copied from a template, and zero post-purchase nurture... Claude turns your Klaviyo data into an actual retention machine: → Audit your existing flows against 2026 DTC benchmarks — flag what's broken, what's underperforming, and what's missing entirely → Rewrite your lowest-performing emails using real customer language from your reviews → Build a 90-day campaign calendar with send dates, subject lines, and segment targets → Identify high-value customer segments you're ignoring (repeat buyers, lapsed 90-day, VIPs, subscription churners) → Write a complete abandoned cart sequence that handles objections, not just "you forgot something!" → Generate win-back flows for every churn cohort with persona-specific messaging → Build post-purchase nurture sequences that drive reorders, not just "rate us 5 stars" No more set-it-and-forget-it flows. No more weekly blasts with zero segmentation. No more paying an agency $3K/month to send emails you could write in an afternoon. What you get: > A full Klaviyo audit with a score and prioritized fix list > Email copy that sounds like your brand, not a Klaviyo template > Flow architecture for every lifecycle stage (welcome, abandon, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, sunset) > A 90-day campaign calendar you can hand to your email manager and execute immediately > 10 copy-paste prompts that cover the entire email retention stack I put together the full playbook with the audit framework, all 10 prompts, and the flow architecture templates. Claude Code Routines just changed the game for DTC brands 🤯 Configure a prompt, a repo, and your connectors once → it runs on Anthropic's cloud on whatever schedule you set. Your laptop can be closed. You can be asleep. The routine runs anyway. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who have Claude Code workflows they run manually every morning but keep skipping when the week gets busy. If you're pulling Meta Ads data, cross-referencing GA4, checking Shopify, and trying to piece together what happened yesterday — every single morning — this automates the entire loop: → Set up a Daily Performance Analyst routine with your brand context + connectors → Claude pulls Meta, GA4, and Shopify data on schedule → Compares every metric to 7-day and 28-day trailing averages → Flags anomalies before you're out of bed → Posts a 60-second brief to Slack every morning at 6am No laptop open. No terminal running. No remembering to kick it off. What you can build on top of it: → A nightly competitor ad monitor that checks 5 competitor pages and flags new ads while you sleep → A weekly creative performance review that identifies fatigue signals and recommends next tests → A customer review digester that extracts pain language for your ad copy pipeline → A Friday executive brief that synthesizes all of it into one strategic summary And your existing Claude Code skills work inside routines automatically. Commit them to the repo, reference them in the prompt, done. I put together a full playbook: the setup path, 5 DTC workflows with exact prompts, and how to layer skills + routines together. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLAUDE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Now in research preview: routines in Claude Code. Configure a routine once (a prompt, a repo, and your connectors), and it can run on a schedule, from an API call, or in response to an event. Routines run on our web infrastructure, so you don't have to keep your laptop open.

We spent months building a Claude Code system that runs outbound at our $7M ARR agency (and we're giving the whole thing away). Our head of GTM, Kenny, walks through the complete build on camera. Scores a target list against our ICP, pulls sales leaders via Apollo, enriches the missing emails, fetches our best-performing copy from Instantly's API, and loads 154 leads into Instantly with the copy and schedule set. Kenny packaged everything he used in the video below into a public starter kit. You get: → the GitHub repo → the CLAUDE md file we use → the Python scoring scripts Reply "send" and I'll DM you all three.

NEVER pay for a consulting report again. This AI just produced a $100K board-ready market analysis in 4 minutes. 6 signal categories. Thousands of data points. 40-page structured verdict. $0 consulting fees. → No more paying McKinsey $200K to tell you what public data already shows → No more quarterly competitor reviews that are outdated before the meeting starts → No more gut-feel go/no-go decisions on $50K+ commitments → No more Googling competitors and pretending that's a strategy Just type your strategic question → Rocket 1.0 fires thousands of parallel queries → structured verdict delivered. Here's what it scans simultaneously: → Competitor pricing restructures + messaging shifts → Senior hire patterns (who's building what team) → Ad spend shifts across LinkedIn + Meta + TikTok → Review sentiment over time (G2, Glassdoor, Capterra) → Product launch timing + feature updates → Executive positioning changes on social Then it connects them. Pricing restructure + enterprise job postings + defensive G2 responses = they're pivoting upmarket. Move now or get outmaneuvered. That's the read. Not 6 separate updates. One strategic picture. Results: → $100K consulting report produced in 4 minutes → 6 signal categories tracked 24/7 across every competitor → 40+ pages of structured analysis with sourced evidence → Board-ready PDF export, not a chatbot conversation → Catches the pivot your quarterly review would miss by 3 months I packaged the exact 8 prompts + signal framework + decision templates into a free playbook. I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM
Eric Glyman@eglyman

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.
