The future of physical goods is a circular economy which doesn't rely on single-use products and materials. We can't keep designing products where the end-user is incented to throw them away. My bet is that @MarvelLabs3D will be the ones to build this future with biomaterials

Switch to a low viscosity resin and instead of pulling a vacuum, which only draws more air bubbles out trapping them in the resin (especially high viscosity resin), go the opposite route. Use a pressure pot and let it cure entirely in the pot while under pressure. You could also pre-stabilize the Cheeto prior to the pressure pot or vacuum, but it shouldn’t be necessary with the right low viscosity resin and pressure.

It’s not LK99 replication, but we’ve been trying to encase Flamin' Hot Cheetos in resin at our office. Unfortunately early results exhibit a lot of impurities due to 1) Cheetos off-gassing bubbles and 2) the Flamin’ Hot dust diffusing while the resin is in a fluid state.
