I might be wrong, but my understanding of VAR possible red card is that it’s red or nothing
To book him and award the foul to Hibs is just re-referring the game

@Stirling_Albion Poor sacking the manager that won the league a few years ago. Why can't people see that Maybury has done a good job. Getting relegated into league 2 is very dangerous and a few teams have been relegated again. He has stabilised, and kept Stirling safe in league 2
