I am an in-patient on #International_Nursing_Day being supported by the wonderful team on 7A at Yeovil Hospital. I had a surprise diagnosis of colon cancer and had a resection on Tuesday. The ward staff are amazing - skilled, dedicated and caring. I owe them huge thanks.

@DrBenLovell Used it as a house office in Derby c.2005. Never seen it since.

As a Newcastle grad, I was steeped in a culture of nefopam as an effective & safer analgesia. One of the hardest things about practising in London is the total absence of nefopam. I’m always muttering under my breath on ward rounds ‘nefopam would have been really helpful here’
