The most underrated upper body lift in my opinion is the z press. It’s a brutally honest assessment of pressing strength. Similar to strong on 1 = strong on 2. I’ve never met a strong overhead presser who wasn’t also a strong horizontal presser, the opposite doesn’t hold true.

People always ask, “What position do you play?” Me: Wherever the team needs me. Fullback, Defensive Line, Long Snapper, I just line up and go to work. Senior Season is officially in the books. I’m blessed to have played this game with my brothers and grateful for every snap that shaped me. Now I’m chasing the next opportunity.
