Each of the last 13 years, the last weekend in September, I’m reminded how very fortunate I am. 80+ @SHGriffBaseball alumni showed up this weekend. It keeps growing & becoming more special each year. I’m thankful to have these lifelong relationships. #TraditionNeverGraduates

Last I checked, there are not more baseball players then there were 10yrs ago. However, there are 10x the amount of travel teams & events. Every aspect of youth baseball is watered down. It’s time to collaborate rather than continue to splinter. The game needs it 💡. #baseball
