Background checks already exist and occur for every legal firearms transaction and transfer. I know this because i have purchased many.
Red flag laws are subjective tools of tyranny of which a govt can label anything yo be a red flag and come forcefully take ones firearms without due process afforded to citizens.. They are inherently unconstitutional in a free society in which we are innocent until proven guilty
Im not sure what any of this has to do with birthright citizenship. I would say please do more learning in history and moral philosophy, but youve got a draft to research.
