@MeridianCU so this is how you treat a customer who has been with you since you were NIAGARA credit union. The government is still sending cheques to my “frozen” account. You get to loan the money and I get to starve.

@MeridianCU after talking to a customer service representative I was told there are now issues with @GooglePay and Meridian Visa? For two weeks now every tap payment is declined. There has been a lot of issues with your #Visa . Only French, not be able to change pin, and now this

Thanks to @MeridianCU for only offering phone calls & texts for #TwoFactorAuthentication, so that I can be vulnerable to phone number and SIM card hijacking. Why no support for authenticator apps, @KeePassXC TOTP? Why is this financial institution's I.T. leadership so weak?
