Approximately 5000 real estate agents in San Francisco Of those 2105 of them have closed at least one transaction in 2025 (first seven months of the year) This guy just cracks into the top fifty at number 48😅 Some on the list are teams of agents, especially at the top The top 50 agents make up 23% of the sales in the city The top 20% of agents (so the top one thousand of the five thousand agents) make up 85% of the sales (this data is just for seven months YTD, excludes commercial and income real estate, excludes "co-agents" which changes the picture a little for teams, etc)

Las Vegas seems like such an economic juggernaut, seems hard to believe it crashed so hard during the Great Recession Feels like their economy is better suited to weather a dip in the economy this go around What do folks think? Bulletproof economy nowadays or high risk?
