I mean those only ran 7 seasons because they got popular, they could’ve gone longer, but production budgets were growing, people wanted to move onto other projects, etc. I’d rather just start with full seasons (at least 22-26 episodes), enough of this 10 episode crap. I think the reason things are going so poorly is because we don’t get some of those great filler episodes like we did in the past. I’m rewatching DS9 right now and filler episodes like “Little Green Men” and “Explorers” and others are such great small world building episodes that the newer series are all lacking. They also don’t need to be anything crazy production wise, existing sets, locations, etc can all be used with minimal extra work and still make great episodes. It’s all move the story forward episodes, throw in SOME character/world building but ultimately get to the big grand finale episode to finish the season. We don’t get to really take a breath and just enjoy the world.

At this point, I almost don’t want any new Star Trek TV shows unless Paramount commits to 7 full seasons upfront. Sick and tired of their refusing to let these shows breathe, always demanding constant and immediate upticks in viewership.

I knew it was always going to happen. It was just a matter of time. As much as you pushed people away, tried to ignore things, deny it would ever happen, disappeared for brief periods, one thing always stayed constant, you never deleted this account or your others, you always left the CHANCE for us to see Tori there. You left the chance for connection, for support, for encouragement and didn’t completely run away. That’s how I always knew she’d break free eventually.

Any guesses as to why I was almost late to work today??? 15 fucking turkeys standing in the middle of my street and they were NOT moving. 😭🤣

Oh I have several contacts at the main office on the email about it. The lease states it’s not supposed to be in the apartment and someone from this company even told me that in their leases it’s not supposed to be on the property. There’s an area out back by the dumpsters for smoking but no one ever uses it and the property manager tells new lessees that it’s allowed on the patio. I JUMPED and forced my feet down hard last night because of how bad it was, went out to my couch and they decided to go out and continue smoking out on their patio, cause it was so warm I had windows and stuff open and said “haven’t you smoked enough?” Loud enough for them to hear and they stopped. I know consultations are usually free with attorneys. The property manager also offered me the option to move to another unit “at no cost to me” and a “high quality” Air Purifier for one room. Like that’s great and all but they smoke EVERYWHERE in their apartment and when they do it on their patio they take two steps out on theirs and start smoking so I can’t have my patio door open.

Great now it’s not only fucking weed but cigarettes as well. It’s so bad in my room that it’s starting to also attach to my clothing and bedding. I am so sick of inconsiderate pricks living around me.
