@AskLyft @MidniteTo6Man @lyft Not shocked, ETA for the ride to my work flight was 9:02 and $80. The driver said Lyfts map was wrong, actual eta was 9:30. I asked if we could take a quicker route, like he suggested, he called me annoying. The Lyft app wouldn’t update and we arrived at 9:58. No refund from Lyft

Hello @lyft , I'm a loyal customer of 5+ years who has had great experiences with Lyft and so far has stayed loyal only to @AskLyft re: ride shares. So TONIGHT when I was assigned TWO awful drivers who drove up to the airport pick up, looked at me, then said the ride was 1/2

@lyft You sent me this exact message 9 days ago. I DM'd you details of these 2 really unprofessional rude drivers within hour of ur msg, then heard NOTHING? Did you look into it? I'm a loyal customer & these were 2 problematic drivers & an easy to research problem. @lyft @AskLyft
