i had a weight loss goal for the year, which i missed. but i am much leaner, and fitter, and feel stronger. friends have commented on the change, which is cool. if you can find something that becomes habitual the gains will take of themselves. for me it's the @thebodycoach

Apparently my jam is listening to music related to people who died in the past year 🤷♂️ Maybe not the ideal way to discover new music.... Apart from the Eurythmics - they were mentioned by @tds153 on Saturday review and been on repeat ever since. 🎶💃

@EmmaDixon_EU Swimming pools are usually pretty empty for these sorts of occasions! Plus you have the benefit of having your head under the water. Might be a bit of a stretch to swim the whole day but a few moments of respite.
