No human culture in the history of the world was ever created from slavery. What you have are survivals and retentions from pre existing cultures. If you remove the Afrikan factor from the equation there is no Black culture. Always remember this.

Specifically, early literacy, head start, arts and music programs, public libraries. I said that we built this country and are owed this.
