@lizabelart Something like this happened to me too, a comm from way back in June that was outside the protection window. I managed to get a refund through Paypal, so if you used it, it's worth a shot.

yeah, we gotta hope for a big chrimmas miracle for this one 🥺 with comms as big as whole vtuber models i think it'd be best if you can't set/extend the delivery date past those 180 days. considering how many people get scammed, relying on the artist to refund you is scary.
