We have just received word that PennDOT has determined that the @nscorp Washington Ave Bridge is safe for pedestrians to cross, and barriers are being removed immediately. Thank you to @Pgh4PubTransit and everyone who signed and shared the #NoWayToTheBusway petition!

Thanks to @WPXI and @LaurenTalottaTV for their coverage. @nscorp's statement regarding plans for the bridge do not address the immediate need of pedestrian access. Regardless of plans to repair or replace, pedestrian needs must be addressed now. wpxi.com/news/local/pet…

Why would Swissvale borough solicitor be concerned about liability for reading the comment, vs the potential liability from restricting public comment calling out Wilhelm's anti-semitism? Perhaps because they know Wilhelm is litigious, and no stranger to being accused of racism.

We absolutely agree, which is why we started work last year to modify the state's application and design new cards that don't indicate a gender. They'll be available to anyone who qualifies for a reduced fare ConnectCard before the end of the year. Thanks!
