@Krisconferno @CapcomFighters Twitch support wasn’t helpful, basically repeated the rules of the campaign, then said they can’t issue replacement codes, even after I showed them the receipt confirming it was not a prime subscription.

You can earn the rewards by following the steps on the Twitch Drops & Rewards page. Make sure to purchase a new recurring or gift subscription to either Twitch.tv/CapcomFighters or Twitch.tv/CapcomFighters… while the respective channel is live and streaming under the SF6 category. Once subscribed during these times, access your earned reward by visiting your Drops Inventory. If you subscribed while the stream was offline, we’re working on a fix and will ensure you receive the costume—If necessary, we’ll send you the costume manually in the next few days.
