@monzo I've been trying to open a monzo account and this is the error message I've been getting. Please help

@ross_knight98 You'll see that option immediately after downloading the app, so you'll need to delete and reinstall the Monzo app now. Then, select the option that you're new to Monzo before you do anything else 😊

@monzo I am a British citizen and calling into your customer service team and talking to someone in India who cares very little for my situation is not what I expect of a British baking association. It’s absolutely unacceptable in every shape or form.

@monzo I’ve already contacted support via email multiple times with no response. I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly 3 months and have no access to my money. This is now beyond a normal delay. can someone urgently escalate this or advise what’s actually being done to resolve

Update on our previous post: you should now be able to use the Monzo app as normal. Thanks for your patience whilst we investigated the issue!

@monzo I’ve spoken with yourselves and Agoda - you‘re not interested in helping customers, you’re all about profiteering. My travel insurance appears to be the ‘bag of shit’ level of cover for £17 a month, not covering war or civil unrest. How else was I supposed to get Dubai, swim?

@monzo @agoda My flights to Abu Dhabi were cancelled due to the ongoing conflict. Physically could not get to my hotel - travel ban from the home office and I’m told I can’t have these funds back. Also pay £17 a month for travel insurance with Monzo and it doesn’t cover war 🐀
