@SawyerMerritt I thought it was common knowledge that the 44b offer was to force the Board into their fiduciary obligation to the shareholders? And that it was also equally common for a renegotiation to occur after such a bid, to try to bring the final price down?

Everyone with a brain, including Elon himself, agrees that $44B was overpaying for Twitter. In retrospect, it was worth way less. This will no doubt head to appeal.

Sprout social is an AI tool for generating, refining, timing, and optimizing social content for posting on platforms like X, and it's used a lot by mainstream media companies. The reality is that everyone and anybody is using AI tools to expedite content. Yeah, these AI assets in Crimson Desert are janky and are likely holdovers from the 2023 MidJourney 3 era of placeholder assets. Also, remember, the hate of AI is widespread in the West, but rare in East Asia, where they are embracing it as a new powerful tool, so they likely don't care about it at all.

One of my photos of the March 4 Starlink 10-40 SpaceX Falcon 9 launch was chosen as NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day (”APOD”) for today. I’m humbled by this, as the “Space Jellyfish” shown was visible across much of the U.S. East Coast, and many very cool photos were captured of it. The caption, written by the very smart Cecilia Chirenti, well describes the phenomenon shown. Photos don’t really do it justice; it’s truly breathtaking, like a giant illuminated flower opening in the night, or, if a more apocalyptic tone is your thing, it’s like the night sky is ripping open. Big shout-out to the ever-cool and ubiquitous John “Snap” Kraus aka @johnkrausphotos, who has developed an app to gauge the likelihood of a still sometimes surprising space jelly, located in public beta here: jellyfish.johnkrausphotos.com. The prediction for this launch was good, and this is a tool every launch/weather enthusiast should know about. This frame was captured using the same camera I stuck in the Banana River for the streak, inverted under my tripod, just a couple of inches above the water. The water wasn’t still enough for the mirrored shot I hoped for, but the jelly glow is reflected nicely. After I ended the streak shot, I quickly dialed in some settings, and this is what I came up with. There is a new addition to the US Space & Rocket Center Space Camp under construction and it is the Inspiration 4 Training Center! Initial funding in 2022 of $10 Million by @rookisaacman Jared Isaacman to initiate construction & at the time, it was the largest single donation in the history of the U.S. Space & Rocket Center! Expansion Funding of ~$15 Million in July 2025 was subsequently given by Jared and is designated for: Mission Operations: Supporting advanced simulations for Space Camp, Robotics, and Cyber Camp A new Dormitory: Providing seed money for a fourth dormitory to house students attending the programs. Really great to see funding of facilities and programs like this to inspire a new generation of space explorers! @Ellieinspace

Autopilot isn’t meant for city driving, yet they test of bunch of scenarios that Autopilot wasn't built to do in the first place....
