Such a disappointing experience with @MotionArray is suddenly not compliant with any Indian credit card (not w/mine for sure). Their support? Take me off a plan I had for over a year, get me on plan u don’t need promising upgrade. Didn’t work. Now they refuse refund! #pathetic

⚠️ Si vous cherchez des presets, des overlays ou tout autre effet pour vos montages sur #Premiere, #AfterEffects ou #DaVinci, je vous déconseille fortement de prendre un abonnement chez @MotionArray : ce sont des ESCROCS ! En effet, pour mes projets Necromancer et Venice Beach, j'avais besoin de créer des ambiances spécifiques et donc d'effets particuliers pour Premiere. Lorsqu'on fait des recherches, Motion Array arrive en tête des résultats. Le site est apparemment assez connu dans le milieu. Il est vrai que leur plateforme semble complète, avec de nombreux outils pour améliorer les montages, ce qui donne envie… À première vue. J’ai donc souscrit à un abonnement d’un mois, ce qui me laissait largement le temps de tester et de trouver tous les effets dont j’avais besoin pour mes deux projets. Une fois les effets trouvés et les montages terminés, j’ai annulé mon abonnement, ce qui est tout à fait possible selon leurs conditions générales (même si c’est assez compliqué à trouver). Pas besoin qu’il soit renouvelé. Je fais la même chose avec Play HT pour les voix de mes projets : je prends un abonnement lorsque j’en ai besoin et je l’annule ensuite. J’avais souscrit un abonnement d’un mois le 25 décembre, donc actif jusqu’au 25 janvier. Même après annulation, il devait rester actif jusqu’à cette date. Mais le 25 janvier, surprise : je suis à nouveau débité de 28 $ pour un mois supplémentaire ! En ayant payé avec @PayPal, le site s’est permis, SANS MON ACCORD, d’activer le renouvellement automatique ! J’ai immédiatement tenté d’annuler ce paiement, mais ça n’a rien changé. J’ai contacté leur service client pour signaler leur erreur et demander un remboursement, mais je n’ai JAMAIS eu de réponse. J’ai donc ouvert un litige sur PayPal, laissant encore une chance à Motion Array de répondre. Après quelques jours toujours aucun retour. J’ai alors transformé le litige en réclamation, pour que PayPal prenne le relais. Entre-temps, j’avais bloqué tous les paiements à Motion Array via PayPal, notamment le renouvellement automatique. Et heureusement ! Car fin février, ils ont tenté à deux reprises de me prélever un nouvel abonnement d’un mois ! J’ai immédiatement ajouté cette information à mon dossier de réclamation pour prouver leur malhonnêteté. Sachant que j’avais déjà annulé mon abonnement sur leur site, cela prouve que leur système d’annulation ne fonctionne pas et relève de l’escroquerie ! Et bien entendu, ils ont continué à me harceler par mail, m’indiquant qu’il était impossible de traiter mes paiements et que je devais renouveler mon abonnement. J’ai dû les bloquer ! PayPal a plusieurs fois décalé la date de résolution, espérant une réponse de leur part, mais Motion Array est resté silencieux. Finalement, le 11 mars, PayPal a clôturé le dossier et m’a remboursé. Merci à eux ! Je me dis heureusement que j’avais payé via PayPal, car avec une banque, cela aurait sûrement été plus compliqué. 🔴 Je le redis : NE PRENEZ JAMAIS D’ABONNEMENT SUR MOTION ARRAY ! Si certains d’entre vous ont déjà souscrit un abonnement chez eux, j’aimerais avoir vos retours. Avez-vous déjà rencontré le même problème ? En lisant certains avis, j’ai vu que Motion Array traite aussi mal les créateurs qui publient sur leur site. Je ne suis visiblement pas le seul dans ce cas. Une personne a même dû changer complètement de carte bancaire pour éviter d’être prélevée chaque mois, car Motion Array ne répondait pas à ses demandes. Et une dernière chose aussi : leur essai gratuit d'un mois semble être une belle arnaque également, au vu de certains avis. En effet, des personnes rapportent avoir été débitées le mois suivant.
