these LARPers do not care to engage with magic, they just hate seeing a diverse set of people represented on cards. silly has always been a part of Magic’s DNA. obviously the set about the wizard college isn’t trying to invoke the same feelings as the machine body horror set.

This would require ALL ballots for federal elections to be both cast and received by THAT DAY, potentially invalidating state laws that allow mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted days after.

If a state wants to send their electors based on NPV, that’s fine. But making it contingent on enough other states doing the same likely transforms it into an unconstitutional interstate compact (assuming no future Congressional approval).
Also FWIW, I don’t think states can use *any* method they want to allocate electors. Rational basis review under the 14A would likely preclude something arbitrary like a coin flip. And discriminatory methods would violate equal protection.

States can decide how to allocate their electoral votes. They can keep doing state popular votes, they can do this national compact idea, they can flip a coin, anything really lol.
I don't like the national popular vote pact, but I don't readily see a constitutional issue.
But by the way, it also wouldn't be an issue if a state breaks its word last minute (e.g., Repubs now control the legislature and Governor and quickly repeal their agreement).

ok tested the vulkan and opengl minecraft renderer
doesn't seem to have much of a difference. the one thing about the vulkan renderer tho is that its very consistent and stable with framerates

1. Congress does not have constitutional authority to oversee the ethics rules for the Supreme Court, which is a separate branch under Article III.
2. There is no rule or law-based foundation to impeach any Justice currently sitting.
3. If this person is proposing that we make up ex post facto rules in order to impeach Justices who currently have violated no law or rule (and he is), he's living up to his well-deserved commie nazi reputation.
