@SethDavisHoops I've always wondered why, in all sports, we hold the level for an overturn to clear and conclusive evidence? Why is the bar so high? Let the ref watch it and make the call he thinks based on the replay. It should be like the burden of proof in a civil case, not a criminal case.

THIS IS THE PROBLEM The refs are trained to call goaltend NO MATTER WHAT. If you don't call it, YOU CAN'T REVIEW IT. So they call it. They got it wrong, but perhaps not so obvious to overturn it. But it was wrong. Tie game.
