@StephenNUFC1892 Exactly how I saw it as well. I don't condone booing the players off as it doesn't help at all. I also couldn't bring myself to applaud them either. That would have taken more effort than some seemed to offer during the game.

I can forgive a derby defeat if it’s been fiercely fought. I cannot forgive a derby defeat when the majority of players don’t play for the shirt. Not even close to a yellow till after they scored the winner. That’s what the boos were for lads. No effort when it mattered #nufc

@billyredhead1 @fireandskill Fans booed when we were in the first division under KK and we lost our first game of the season after winning the previous (can’t remember now) how many. Never done it never will but yesterday was like a kick to the baubles for the 2nd time this season. It bloody hurt.

@fireandskill Too old in the tooth to get all this ‘world at an end’ after this week. Never seen a player improve with booing. We got what we deserved in the same way as we got what we deserved at Wembley a year ago.
