@RurocHelmets emailed last week and received a reply saying order being shipped in the next week...over a week later, no shipment and no reply to email sent over 48 hours ago. Where the hell is my order?

@RurocHelmets extremely poor customer service. Ordered 21st November, 2 out of the 3 items in stock with the 3rd due on the 31st November. Middle of December, no delivery so emailed, update was stock expected on items end of December. All in stock by 4th Jan but still no delivery

Its not often you hear about the good but wanted to say thanks to @virginmedia for fixing my broadband issue really quick, registered the need for an engineer on friday evening, engineer out at 8am this morning and all sorted by 8.30. Great service!
