How many weeks do you set aside to teach anthology poetry? We do 6 weeks in year 10 then revisit briefly in yr 11 and It just never seems enough. @Team_English1

@MsElenaEducates @Team_English1 @SPryke2 @teachals I would recommend Ready to Teach ACC by @teachals and @SPryke2 to help you find challenging thinking eg the hero’s journey. I would also look at the idea of four as the number of completion

I have a very high achieving year 10 student who I would like to start reading good critical analysis of A Christmas Carol- where would be a good place to start for her? Don't want to scare her off but want to push her into the very top of the ms @Team_English1 @SPryke2 @teachals
