Mindful drinking. Teaching people how to drink responsibly knowing abstinence doesn't work.
Abstinence has horned their way in to claim not drinking is mindful drinking.
If they could demonize that harm reduction they'd do that too. (And probably will eventually.)

@ErikLambert1 Bear fans on this site are wild. Hundreds and hundreds of dudes crashing out over 3rd round picks. I swear some of them would torch Poles house with a molly if they could find it. Thomas was the only true reach in my opinion. Yes, the Bears D needs help but it’s April ffs. 🤦♂️

NFL passed rules against D about 20 years ago. It's no longer important.

@jacobinfante24 Poles ignored the big center year ('23) to go for DBs (again). Maybe in 2029 he will get around to drafting DT/DE after missing this year.

I can’t say I agree with it after mostly ignoring what’s been a need for the last few years. I think they should take a DT with the value still on the board, but I get being lower on this EDGE class

@iamcogs I love the lie that we didn't spend multiple firsts on the Mack trade. Some reporter made it up and all the others ran with it without question.

3 of those years we did not have a 1st round pick. 2 of those first rounds went to get Khalil Mack.
2 of those went towards trying to find a franchise QB, and the last went to Colston Loveland.
Legit the only thing we missed on here was the trade up on Fields and pick.
