In less than two years I’ve gone from being a Lib Dem to thinking @Steve_Laws_ is actually a moderate.
The only thing I’d add to his arguments is that we do need a very large eugenic fertility program for ethnic Brits only.

@KissMyStern @IberianPikachu @latestinspace NASA said so themselves, that this was the explicit reason why they picked her
This does not diminish her qualities - it just raises her above more capable men - which is bad imo

@NGDPAB @IberianPikachu @latestinspace Dei in action is when qualified experienced astronaut is picked for mission requiring qualified, experienced astronauts

@IberianPikachu @KissMyStern @latestinspace This opinion is correct - nobody has to hate her for seeing that its still DEI in action

I never doubted that, brother. In fact, she is a very hard working women (with more flight hours than the 3 men on board) But NASA openly stated they specifically wanted to meet DEI requirements for this mission. Many other elected men with even higher credentials were put second to her because they, again, admittedly, wanted a woman to be on board this mission.
This isn't news. NASA was very open about this.

@NGDPAB @KnightsTempOrg Did you not watch the video? She handled it pretty damn well! Don’t be a defeatist.

SAUER: We're in a new world where 8 billion people are one plane ride away from having a child who's a US citizen. JOHN ROBERTS: It's a new world. It's the same Constitution.

KETANJI BROWN JACKSON: Your view of birthright citizenship turns on what the status of the parents is, not the child. Help us understand why we wouldn't see a mention of parents in the text of this Amendment.
US SOLICITOR SAUER: I think it's well understood that newborns cannot form domiciles.
