@NZAA yr insurance backer needs to improve. Dad’s in the UK with his sick wife. Accommodation $$ piling up, flights need rescheduling. @AllianzPartners takes 10–15 days to process. Don’t provide forms they promise. Phone only NZ hours: world’s most expensive ghosting service

Went to the @NZAA for a license renewal. Lady behind the counter wore a Maori flag with Tamehere's company name and a palestinian\Maori flag on her attire. Does the "New Zealand Automobile Association" now take a stand on political issues?

I emailed the @NZAA about a suspicious email and my suspension was correct received this at 8:30am NZ time I saved quite a lot of people in nz who has gone with the AA. If you're not sure please check with the actual company website and contact info. #stopscamming #stop #saved

I needed to call the AA @NZAA (New Zealand Automobile Association) today as I needed there assistance.. they actually asked if i had any covid symptoms or been exposed to anybody with covid !!.. Are we really still doing this crap?

Very disappointed in @NZAA. They're not capable of renewing an insurance quote, you can't copy/paste your membership number from one website to another, and when I entered all my details into the website they said I had to call them. What's the point of the online quote?

@NZAA your email membership renewal is a PITA GUYS. IT DOESNT AUTO FILL IN mY MEmNERSHIP NUMBER , so I have to manually split my number into 4 parts and enter them one by one. Wtf!! Hellooooo

@NZAA I find your membership renewal process when I have an existing membership and another member terribly confusing and you call centre was really unable to help with my problem....must be good being a monopoly

@stevebiddle Hi Steve, AA Smartfuel charges partners a fee to participate in the programme and does not make any money from the fuel discounts. ^AL

@NZAA You make a profit from Smartfuel. You own a 50% stake in the JV and it is profitable. BP and Smartfuel partnerships explain why you aren't advising every AA member to buy petrol now with Z Sharetank and save 30cpl when tax goes up.

Can't believe @NZAA aren't out in the media telling all their members to buy petrol now with Z Smartfuel to avoid the 30cpl tax increase in a few weeks. Shows they're really a business that cares about the profits from Smartfuel rather than actually helping their members.
