Running doesn't come naturally to me & I never finish & think lets repeat that 2mrw. After work & b4 Fri night studying 4 my @UlsterUni assignment for my Level 7. Leading for the Future course. I got a quick 2k run in & managed it in just under 13 mins in that heat. #delighted.
