A few weeks ago, Rahul Gandhi spoke about how he has learned about “grip” from jujutsu and martial arts. We all know that leadership is where his grip seems weakest of all. Years of electoral setbacks and failure to win the trust of the people haven’t led to any clear introspection or course correction. Instead, long absences and overseas trips at crucial moments create the impression that the only thing he confidently holds onto is a coffee cup on foreign vacations. Everything else, sadly, keeps slipping away. This week, two veteran Congress leaders and sitting MPs, Pradyut Bordoloi (Assam) and K. Sudhakaran (Kerala), have decided to quit the Congress. It shows that even loyalists who have stuck around for decades are finally breaking free from the chokehold of entitlement, dynasty drama, and zero accountability. When your own veterans, the ones who defended the family line through every loss, are tapping out one by one, it’s not a “grip” anymore. It’s a full-blown choke… on your own party.

The purpose of introducing debit cards is to avoid frequent visits to bank teller but then once popular banks started imposing penalty.
