One downstream consequence of the left wing echo chamber is that they are much more dangerous than they would otherwise be when things like this happen. They’re so isolated from information that they genuinely have not heard any discussion over whether the Virginia redistricting referendum was illegal, so the result shocks them. They’re not faking it. It’s perfectly logical for someone without access to that information to conclude that there’s some kind of coup going on, and that makes them very dangerous.

I am shocked that the Virginia Supreme Court invalidated the will of millions of Virginians and two General Assemblies.
With that said, I love my district and look forward to keeping VA-10 blue this November as we fight President Trump's attacks on our community.

Take a time machine back to the “terrible” Jim Crow days. That’s where the parents are. That’s where the working dad and the stay at home mom raised their children in a house that they bought. There are no parents now. If there are, they are just as horrible as the kids.

BREAKING: Virginia Supreme Court throws out redistricting referendum results
So to be sure, US Supreme Court says Red states can ignore the will of the people and gerrymander their districts 9-0 in favor of MAGA Republicans
But VA Supreme Court says Blue states cannot put the vote to the will of the people and follow through on the people's vote to redistrict.
Once again, gerrymandering that centers white people is A-OK but gerrymandering that centers a broad base of voters is not. Absurd.
