I had raised the same ‘unusual’ and ‘unexplained’ voting patterns, which happened in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha elections 2024. @VBAforIndia had specifically pointed out the mysterious increase of 76 lakhs polled after 5 PM. Form 17C which records the voted polled in each booth were not uploaded in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha elections. Under Rule 49S, every Presiding Officer is required to furnish every polling agent present at the close of the vote, a true attested copy of the account of votes recorded as prepared by him/her in Form 17C. On February 3, 2025, the Writ Petition against Election Commission of India, filed by Vanchit Bahujan Aaghadi's representative Chetan Chandrakant Ahire. The Writ Petition highlighted the discrepancies in the total votes polled and sought answers to the very same questions which I had requested the Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra to furnish. I had also personally written to Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition Shri Rahul Gandhi to join our legal fight but they did not. When will Rahul wake up to reality?
ज्ञानेश कुमार एंड कंपनी के खेल में जितने गहरे आप उतरेंगे आपको लगेगा अरे यह कितनी अंतहीन सुरंग है जिसमें लोकतंत्र की लूट खत्म होने का नाम नहीं लेती। मेरे अजीज अर्थशास्त्री परकला प्रभाकर ने चौंकाने वाला खुलासा किया है। यह खुलासा बीजेपी को तीसरी बार जबरिया सिंहासन पर बैठाने वाले चंद्रबाबू नायडू की सरकार का सूत्र बताती है। प्रभाकर कहते हैं कि 2024 में हुए आंध्र प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव में आधी रात के बाद करीब 17 लाख वोट 6 सेकंड में डाले गए। अर्थशास्त्री प्रभाकर ने गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि करीब 3,500 बूथों पर मतदान रात 2 बजे तक जारी रहा। उन्होंने दावा किया कि डेटा एक चिंताजनक तस्वीर पेश करता है। कुल वोटों का करीब 4.16 फीसदी रात 11:45 बजे से 2 बजे के बीच डाला गया। उन्होंने कहा कि शाम 8 बजे से रात 2 बजे तक करीब 52 लाख वोट दर्ज किए गए। आधी रात के बाद अकेले 17 लाख से ज्यादा वोट डाले गए। सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह थी कि आधी रात के बाद हर 20 सेकंड में एक वोट डाला जा रहा था। प्रभाकर ने आयोग से पूछा है कि EVM को रीसेट होने में 14 सेकंड लगते हैं, तो फिर 6 सेकंड में वोट कैसे डाले जा रहे थे? क्या कोई मतदाता इतने कम समय में अंदर आकर वोट डालकर बाहर निकल सकता है?” उन्होंने निष्कर्ष निकाला कि शाम 8 बजे के बाद कुछ न कुछ तो असामान्य हुआ।
