@resimpacademy This! I see what they are trying to do, but you can’t fix disadvantage by hiding it. Also they suggest using paternity leave instead of maternity leave which is not equal. Esp if there were medical issues in pregnancies/births @FranklinWomen @SciGenderEquity @WomenSciAUST

Gender neutral language - I am curious as to how one will highlight career disruption due to maternity leave without saying maternity leave for the #NHMRC investigator grant. ideas??
