Some might say the S&P 500 deal isnt exclusive and that anyone can get a license, but thats not how it works. This isnt some random synthetic product its an officially licensed S&P 500 perp powered by institutional-grade data and currently the first and only of its kind. S&P Dow Jones Indices dont just hand out licenses to anyone. There are: > legal requirements > compliance standards > data agreements > infrastructure expectations Hyperliquid didnt just get lucky, they built real liquidity, real infra, real demand. And most importantly - first and only licensed S&P 500 perp (for now) That matters.

Why did @bxunit delete his tweet about TradeXYZ’s exclusive deal with SPDJI as co-owners of the S&P 500 product? Does anyone have more information on this? Does this imply the deal isn’t actually exclusive? Would be great to get some clarity here.
