I only add this clip because if I’m able to do it, I know everyone else can. Im 100x a better thrower now than when I was in college. Keeping my knee in flexion and learning to rotate is what unlocked it for me. #NEWWAVE

Watch the lower half on all 3 of these QBs. What do they all do very similar? They keep their front knee in flexion all through out the stroke. I believe this allows them to rotate hard as hell and keep good balance/weight back. Try working on this if your ball is dying!
