Perfectly executed by Jameis. Biggest thing in a 2-min situation is COMPLETIONS. Gets the first completion to get the drive started and continuously takes what the defense gives him all the way down the field. Caps it off with a beautiful red zone high ball to his 6’5” receiver
Central Michigan went 4-8 last season and 5-7 the season before. CMU went out and hired Matt Drinkall a guy from Army most people never heard of.
CMU is now 7-4 with a chance to play in a MAC title in his first season.
He also has a guy named Nolan Jones that walks 9 miles on the sidelines with a stat notebook every single game. Things that make CFB awesome.
Yeah dude you don’t know ball and have obviously never played quarterback. This guy is the perfect example of someone that gets access to all-22 and immediately thinks they know what they’re talking about
The amount of media/random people that hop on X and think they know football/quarterback play because they have access to all-22 is absurd. Please don’t fall for that. Listen to dudes like @kurt13warner and @KurtBenkert that have actually played the position in the NFL
@kurt13warner Less chance they get “fooled” by coverage too because they’ll have an idea of what it is pre-snap and the majority of throws will be on time
My weekly PSA for QB coaches at ALL levels to teach your QBs to read defenders NOT receivers… I don’t even care if you want to build a “pure progression” pass game (although u know I don’t like), having the ability to let defense dictate throws will always be a positive! I keep watching QBs, at highest level, jam in reads bc they think guy is “OPEN” when reading defender would take them to the real “open” guy!
@tschneider1014@BixbySpartanFB Comment "BIXBY" to get an All 22 cutup of some of their best plays from the last several years.
Must be following for me to DM to you.

Bixby is averaging 65.4 points per game this season.
They scored 92 points in a single game.
We interviewed Tyler Schneider, their OC, last week.
🧵THREAD + All 22 Plays
I really don’t think ppl understand how much slower reading WRs vs reading defenders makes a QB play… now the game is still fast, but I’m not seeing a guy come open, I’m letting the D tell me who’s going to be open so I can anticipate & let the ball go!
One of my issues with the new pure progression world!
Mahomes is very intentionally taking off anytime he sees man coverage without any semblance of containment, and it's been the difference so far on offense.
We can agree to disagree… but you never cross the middle of the field on an “middle” route if there is a 2 safety D! Have to stay on frontside where the throw was made!!
