This hurts my heart. In 1993, having just started the semester before at ASU, I showed up at the campaign office for Cong. Jon Kyl who was then running for US Senate. I went on to become the campaigns first intern and spent almost 16 months on the campaign. I remember vividly my first conversation with then Congressman Kyl who saw me entering donation data and sat down for what had to be 25-30 mins. Mostly him asking me questions and me trying to sound intelligent in front of one of the smartest men who ever served in the US Senate or Congress. He was always so gracious and kind as was his wonderful wife Carol. We pray for them and hope he finds comfort as he lives through his next chapter of life. Gregg Pekau Managing Partner of NextGenP
