Early voting is ongoing in Virginia’s redistricting referendum! Virginians have the opportunity to respond to the actions of other states and a President who says he’s “entitled” to more GOP seats in Congress. 🗳️ As a Virginia voter, I’m voting YES. Vote by April 21.

This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽♀️ Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.

A strong majority leader would strip #Murkowski of committee assignments and perks of office under his control. Unfortunately, we don’t have one.

Letter by letter, crews cover up “Plaza De Cesar Chavez” in San Jose.

This isn’t savage. It’s distasteful. Penn students shifted to classism because their team lost a basketball game.

Yes. Neocons were liberals who allied with the right against communism and then somehow ended up running the movement despite having no deep affection for what animated it. Russell Kirk used to complain about this — that neocons were insufficiently rooted in tradition and retained left wing assumptions about culture, the welfare state, etc.

Sen. Kennedy (R-LA), just now on the Senate floor: The "Karen Wing of the Democratic Party" is in charge and "wants to defund ICE and will accept nothing less. This is the same wing that wants to defund the police." . Not all Democrats agree with the Karen Wing of their party ... but it is a fact that it is firmly in control. And any Democrat that agrees to any sort of compromise with respect to ICE is going to be punished to the rest of their natural lives. They can't do it, and they're not going to. We know that nothing is going to resolve this, because my Democratic friends politically cannot agree to a compromise about ICE. So here's what we ought to do. We should accept the Democrats' offer. We should accept the offer to open TSA, FEMA, Coast Guard, CISA, etc. and the day after we do that, we Republicans should file a reconciliation bill and on our own come up with a budget for ICE. @SenJohnKennedy

SAVE Act debate continues in the Senate: foxbusiness.com/video/63912624…

Sen. Lisa Murkowski R-AK has submitted 15 amendments to the SAVE America Act. One of them would exempt people born before 12/31/1960 from having to prove their citizenship in order to register to vote (they are all age 65+)
