This factory is obviously still under construction. The floor looks brand new and polished, and the restroom area clearly hasn’t been finished yet. If the girl was actually using the toilet, that would have been her own personal choice — nobody would force workers to do that. The camera also intentionally pans toward nearby workers to create controversy and outrage. No normally operating factory in China would use completely open toilets with no walls or privacy barriers. This video looks far more like staged content, or simply a temporary unfinished setup, rather than a real production environment.
