@mountieman @FanDuel They can for sure trade him but that doesn’t mean he is going to sign there long term. Mcdavid could be one of the first superstars in hockey to have his contract come up and then choose where he wants to go. He doesn’t owe anybody anything.

If a team *should* be priced at -300 (e.g. fair odds), then -225 is a good bet… It’s literally that simple. Saying you can’t make money betting favorites makes 0 logical sense. Literally zero.

I think the Celebrini should win the Hart “if they make the playoffs” qualifier is pretty stupid. If you think he is the most valuable player to his team, he should be your Hart pick. Finishing with 1 more or less point than like LA should not dramatically shift your view.

No I would say he didn’t have a great game. Those goals that squeezed through were very soft. There are going to be situations and we have seen this before where the sharks offense only puts up 2 and we might need him to really step up and those just can’t happen. Something to build off of tho and I hope he starts the rest of these remaining games. Playoff games essentially for this young goaltender.

Final thoughts. What a nerve racking win. Celebrini goat. Smith stud. Cherny amazing. Wenneberg surprising himself haha. Askarov needs to be more consistent. Orlov bad game. Mukh not great. Bad penalties. Toffoli and Eklund a little rough. What a win though.
