@SamsungCEO_Jae I've been a Samsung fan for 15 years, but I'm so dissatisfied with the service I received from the warranty team for my defective refrigerator that I've had less than 1 year. I have been told so many lies. I've literally had no refrigerator for 6 weeks now.

Karaffa moved to Battlefield recently, and in his first full month achieved 184 boxes for September! The Battlefield store was historically at the bottom in most months on the ULB and for the last two months has been in the Top 20%! Thank you, Karaffa, for your leadership!

@Xfinity Unfortunately your customer service is terrible. I had to replace my bank card and I've been trying to pay the bill for days now. Not only does the app not work but I can't a payment over the phone and I can't actually talk to anybody. Do better, I'm switching providers.
