@BitcoinSapiens Salary vs hourly. I don’t think there is any benefit to an hourly worker to put in 2 weeks. That is just favorable to the employer. You’re right, they will never give you two weeks when they terminate.

My coworker quit today without putting in his two week notice. Everyone in the office is annoyed that he did that, but I can’t blame him. The last person who put their two weeks notice in was let go that day. Why should an employee put in a two week notice when employers fire without notice?
