@bruhfool1 @ReallyAugmented @Spencer4npr @mhdksafa Of course, that’s why @ReallyAugmented blocked me after replying with this comment because he knows he can’t name drop anyone and he knows for damn sure he’s not getting off his grandmother’s couch, lifting up his belly rolls, to go fight in Iran

English

@NonpareilAvatar @ReallyAugmented @Spencer4npr @mhdksafa Seriously, these morons are all talk but won’t go fight for their daddy trump

If the United States is at war, then Pete Hegseth is a war criminal. If the United States is not at war, then Pete Hegseth is a murderer.
What Pete Hegseth ordered the military to do violates international law. Double tap strike on the B1 bridge in Iran while the rescue team were on-site is succession to target first responders assisting victims of the initial attack.
Under the Geneva Conventions, you are obligated to rescue victims of the first attack. Abandoned any survivors and bombing them along with rescue teams is illegal, immoral, and a war crime.

@njoyzgrl81 Invoking the deadliest day in Marine Corps history to justify a war requires one thing: proof Iran is about to do it again. That’s the entire point of “imminent threat.” Emotion doesn’t replace evidence.
English

@njoyzgrl81 By this logic, every nation that has ever suffered an attack from any adversary is justified in launching preemptive war decades later. That’s not a doctrine, that’s a blank check for endless war. Joe Kent, with 11 combat deployments and 6 Bronze Stars, understands that distinction
English

To the “No imminent threat” shtbirds,
The deadliest single day in U.S. Marine Corps history was October 23, 1983, when a suicide truck bomb destroyed the Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, killing 220 Marines, 18 sailors, and 3 soldiers. It remains the highest single-day loss of life for the Corps since the Battle of Iwo Jima in 1945.
How many more of these are acceptable?
English

@njoyzgrl81 241 Americans died in Beirut. Know who agreed there was no clear mission and pulled the troops out? Ronald Reagan. The man conservatives canonize made the exact calculation Kent is making now that keeping forces in a theater without strategic clarity costs American lives.
English

1. How many generals have been fired?
2. Why do you think this is happening?

@lonny_wilcox @njoyzgrl81 Is there was actionable evidence, why no arrest? This man has sacrificed his entire life for this country, so did his first wife, and you really believe he’d leak anything? You’re as gullible as they come, even now he doesn’t bad mouth or leak anything, while Trump trashes him.
English

@NonpareilAvatar @njoyzgrl81 Evidence is never announced before charges are filed. He was cut out of classified briefings months ago and the investigation started then because there was evidence he was leaking. We won't know what that evidence is until the trial and hopefully life imprisonment.
English

@njoyzgrl81 “Imminent threat”has specific legal and military meaning:an attack is actively being planned or is about to occur.1983 bombing, however devastating, is historical precedent, not intelligence of a coming attack.Grief and tragedy are not a substitute for actionable threat assessment
English

@njoyzgrl81 @njoyzgrl81 So you’re calling Joe Kent, and top intelligence officials shtbirds? Past events don’t constitute as an imminent threat, learn the definition of “imminent” before using the term.

English

@njoyzgrl81 The Beirut bombing was carried out by Hezbollah with Iranian backing, against Marines who were already deployed to Lebanon. The threat materialized BECAUSE we were there. That’s not an argument for preemptive war with Iran. That’s an argument for not putting troops in harm’s way
English

@lonny_wilcox @njoyzgrl81 There is zero evidence he leaked anything, even to this day. He’s asked for this supposed evidence of him “leaking” anything, but nothing has been provided at any time. It’s bullshit, he was ousted because he didn’t support a war that this administration wanted. Cut the bullshit
English

@NonpareilAvatar @njoyzgrl81 Traitors hold high positions is all they prove. He was cut out of the loop because he was a profligate leaker so had no idea what was going on that made Iran regime an imminent threat.
English

@NonpareilAvatar @MajToure Interesting. Why the change in terms from "senior generals" (very specific rank) and "senior flag officers" (less specific rank) when discussing what 1 admin did vs the other? And what about the other 4 previous admins?
English

@NonpareilAvatar @MajToure So 11. How will we ever survive. Tell me about your military experience now.
English

@psujwj @MajToure Since 1951, no wartime commander had been dismissed. Obama fired, 4 generals over 8 years, mostly for misconduct. Hegseth fired 12+ in 14 months, including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the CNO, the NSA director, and now the Army Chief of Staff, during an active war with Iran.
