Dear Supreme Court, It is a catastrophic failure and miscarriage of justice to allow children of ILLEGAL ALIENS to have the same rights to citizenship our Founders fought a Civil War to obtain. The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution was STRICTLY APPLICABLE to the children born to FREED BLACK SLAVES. This remedy gave FBAs - Foundational Black Americans the right to citizenship after the Emancipation Proclamation. Noteworthy: The thirteen and fifteenth Amendments were also adopted for the benefit of Freedmen. Our Founding Fathers did not see Joe Biden and Kamala Harris inviting 50 million illegal aliens into America. They saw the incomprehensible wrongs that were committed against BLACK SLAVES of that time and they implemented a solution. Foundational Black Americans contributed to the founding of our Great Nation. Foreigners, legal and illegal, sauntered into a lavishly furnished home and immediately began reaping the benefits, without any meaningful investment. I implore you to decide in favor of American citizens that have long-standing interests and investments in the United States. Foreigners are subject to THEIR OWN COUNTRIES’ JURISDICTIONS. @PeteSathow @realkarenjean Another thing you don’t understand is, how many of them unfortunately die attempting to cross into the US illegally. Remember, they come over here relying on a guide to cross over, if they are encountered by border patrol and scatter, where do they go? They are screwed.

No chain of custody break is proven. 4. Courts rejected these claims. 5. The USPS Inspector General investigated and found no evidence supporting this.
