Today is #WorldPrematurityDay 15 million babies are born each year before 37 weeks of pregnancy. A better understanding about the impact of prematurity will help many. It’s important to create a dialogue about this so women, families, friends and strangers alike know. 1/7

On this annual #worldprematurityday we just pause to say thank you to all our dedicated staff across all our neonatal units and beyond caring for sick and premature babies and supporting parents and families on their journeys which can be challenging, especially during COVID 19.
