$SPX basically sideways since first hour and this larger swath of positive gamma into 6650 trying to support prices... maybe setting the trap for bears into FOMC but tough to say... more focus on March madness prep!

Idk if $googl is going to be the biggest winner in 10 years, but it definitely won't be a loser.

Of course that's your contention. You're a first-time SaaS bear. You just got finished listening to some podcast, Dario on Dwarkesh, probably. Now you think it’s the end of white collar work and seat-based pricing is screwed. You're gonna be convinced of that til tomorrow when you get to “Something Big is Happening”. Then you’ll install ClawdBot on a Mac Mini, vibe code a dashboard on top of a postgres database and say we’re all just a couple ralph loops away from building a Salesforce competitor. That’s gonna last until next week when you discover context graphs, and then you're gonna be talking about how the systems of record will be disintermediated by an agentic layer and reposting OAI marketing graphics. “Well, as a matter of fact, I won't, because ultimately the application layer is just ….” The application layer is just business logic on top a CRUD database. You got that from Satya’s appearance on the BG2 pod, December 2024, right? Yeah, I saw that too. Were you gonna plagiarize the whole thing for us? Do you have any thoughts of your own on this matter? Or...is that your thing? You get into the replies of anyone posting a SaaS ticker. You watch some podcast and then pawn it off as your own idea just to impress some VCs and embarrass some anon who’s long SaaS? See the sad thing about a guy like you is in a couple years you're gonna start doing some thinking on your own and you're gonna come up with the fact that there are two certainties in life. One: don't do that. And two: you dropped thirty grand on Mac Minis and LLM API calls to come to the same conclusion you could’ve got for free by following a handful of VC accounts.

Been doing this for a while and it’s shocking how well it works (used to have Claude write and ChatGPT execute but now execute with Opus 4.6) Step 1. Brain dump into a notes app with Wispr Flow. Disambiguation is key so force yourself to ramble on the task for at least 3 minutes (feels awkward for a while, then you get used to it). Short, ambiguous workflow articulation will generate inconsistent results. I do this while walking my dog and my neighbors must think I’m crazy… Step 2. Copy those notes into ChatGPT and ask to turn it into a prompt. For highly complex tasks, ask for a series of prompts. I will often use Claude to write prompts as well. Both generate MUCH better prompts than I ever could, even after taking multiple prompting courses last summer. Step 3. Drop that prompt into Claude Opus 4.6. So many of the complaints I had with older models (retrieval judgment, sycophantic behavior, slop production) seems to be vastly improved, and even the level of taste/judgment seems to be elevated from a “gestalt of the web”. I don’t know how. The importance of max/pro plans seems to be increasing (early on I couldn’t tell much of a difference between basic and pro…not true now). Guessing throttling / unit economics concerns? And for anything quantitative, try to chunk it into work you could do in 20 minutes. Obviously no model can one shot a full 3-statement model yet…simple technical limitations haven’t gone away - LLMs are still constrained by the context window and “lost in the middle” problem hasn’t been fixed. MCPs are brittle, better than RAG but don’t seem to be end state. More often than not a too complex request just keeps spinning or the LLM / co-pilot just quits. Chunk it up, and verify step by step (this will actually cause you to go much slower, but we are in the training wheels phase of AI excel right now) Best thing to do is try it out for yourself
JNS@_devJNS

> describe the problem to ChatGPT. > ask ChatGPT to generate a prompt. > paste the prompt to Claude. works all the time..

Always crazy what opportunities present themselves in the short term. $BMNR $IGV on one side of the coin. $QQQ $WMT on the other.
