Five lines 😂 so my bill was recently down to $288 and some change. I got real happy it’s finally not in the 300s anymore. It’s seriously went down from $367 to 288 because we had multiple phones just recently paid off, these bitches added on five dollars extra for each line and said sorry things changed it went back up to $314. They even changed what I signed up for not even six months ago and pissed me off and I had to call them to put me back $288 and their excuse was we wanted to make your coverage better. I was so pissed off and AI on their answering service hung up on me because I use cuss words because only AI wanted to help me and didn’t wanna transfer me after trying to be transferred over 15 times. I said fucking transfer me. They hung up in fact right before it hung up it said we don’t use foul language please call back when it’s a better time and then hung up, at that point I was even more raged Pissed. At that time as soon as I got on the phone with somebody having to call back three times, I made a very clear to the guy on the call not their fault I’m just really pissed off and I told them they need to do something about their damn AI because that shit is rage baiting customers and I said that I’m sure I’m not the only one. They did change it, it’s still a bitch to get through, but not as bad as it was and now they did it again. I don’t know what they’re thinking like we’re not raping your banking account good enough 😖 I have my wifi and phone service with them my wifi service amounts not bad that’s at $52. It’s great. Does it mess up yes it messes up but it’s not to the point where like you’re watching a movie it pauses every five seconds lol but my phone service is shit. There’s always a problem, especially with freaking FaceTime. We can never get good reception, not only that come to find out at&T lies, you’re thinking you’re buying a brand new iPhone they’ve been giving out refurbished phones, just telling you this is already long enough, if I were to go in detail of what my husband went through with these assholes you probably be looking at an attorney if you were in that situation, it was that beyond bad. He was going back-and-forth over 20 times in two months going in person to the Apple Store and going in person to the AT&T store and they kept playing past the baton saying oh wait no at&T‘s fault, wait no it’s Apple‘s fault, when in reality it was AT&T‘s fault because he got a refurbished phone and the Apple Store confirmed it was refurbished when we bought a new phone. My daughter‘s not happy right now lol cause I told her high maintenance butt cheeks that she cannot get a new one until 33 months later when we switch carriers, but T-Mobile has that one offer that I’m thinking about. To where you could switch it right away, if they can offer me a better deal I’m in.

@ATT is it normal for y’all just to raise everyone’s bill without notify them and say oops surprise, this has been the ultimate worst service and when I pay you guys off, I am canceling and I will never recommend you ever to anyone. My bill was already at $288 a month and you piece of shits put it now a $315. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life going back to @TMobile

Well. Just tried to contact @ATT about a problem I thought we had fixed 4 YEARS AGO. Argued w/AI, begging to speak to agent. Not enough agents available, so it scheduled me to receive a call tomorrow. The issue is complex; I just wanted to talk to a real person!
Enshittification is a thing. AI makes customer service worse.

About to ditch @ATT. Something simple can't be done by the stores, doesn't work in the website, takes "30 days" to take effect when you call support and then you end up with a $150 add-on on your bill that you didn't ask for and have to start it all over.

Week 1, Week 2, Week 4 and OVERALL Champions of the @ATT Annihilator Cup with the sqaud. Snatched an MVP this week on CS2 as well. Had an incredible time with my teammates and hope to do it again next year.

We have the same issue with AT&T.
They keep charging us for service we haven't had for half a year, so we need to call every month to correct it and have them zero it out.
It's ridiculous. It's like they're doing it just to give their call reps full employment.

It’s exhausting how every aspect of life in this country boils down to a company trying to screw you over as a consumer and you having to waste time fighting over it.
When companies like @TMobile do this, I should be able to bill them for the time it takes me to correct it.
