Very poor experience with OK Mobility. Paid in advance online, then after payment was told a physical driver’s license was required. No car given, no service provided, yet they kept the full amount. Completely unfair. Would not recommend.@OKMobility_Corp

@OKMobilityCop sold me a car that had not had the promised checks done. It also had over 50% more km than stated. The car had to have the brakes replaced and OK were unable to fix electrical damage caused by historic water damage. We had to rent a car. They refuse to pay.

Exigen tarjeta de crédito + fianza de 1.300€ y, si no la tienes, te obligan a pagar 140€ más. Si cancelas, no devuelven el dinero ni dan soluciones. OK Mobility = pésima experiencia.

@OKMobilityCop I was charged €462 for “Super Premium Cover” at the desk in Mallorca, even though I had already purchased full insurance via Booking/Zürich. I was misled into thinking this was a deposit. Also charged €90 for fuel despite returning the car full. Please refund
