@FB_FilmAnalysis Mendoza is consistently on time & reads very efficiently. His arm isnt great but can make all the throws.
I have seen people say he is a system QB that is robotic.
He is Brock Purdy with a better arm & wheels. Doesn't mean he will be good NFL starter but teams will love him.
