@ArlisRTyner Once you've added your OBi device to OBiTALK, on the dashboard, select the device you want to configure. In the Configure Voice Service Providers area, you will see a 911+ Sign-Up button. Click that and you will be taken through the sign-up process.

@robertschuch You should be able to get the OBi212 from VoIP Supply voipsupply.com/polycom-obi312… On-line merchants like Amazon and Newegg will have it soon if not now.

OBi devices registered to Google Voice services may be experiencing intermittent connection issues. There is no need to restart/reboot the OBi device. Service will restore on its own.

@federicoalves If you can, sign in to obitalk.com and from the dashboard select your device. From there you will see the device's configuration page and a field called: 'Active Google Username'

@Obihai I have an OBI202, working fine, but lost the google account. How can I get the username@gmail.com back, from my Google number or from your portal? I surely can figure out the password. Please DM
